The Gathering — March 11–14, 2026
Location
Inn the Ground (outside Portland, Oregon), a luxurious bed and breakfast with a regenerative farm on the property. Located in the heart of Oregon wine country.
Price
$3,000 (all-inclusive except for travel). A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot with the balance due by 2/1/26. Pay up front and receive a discount to $2,750.

Restorative space for reflection, movement, journaling, or simply being
Connection and community with other women in finance who are leading courageously
Shared meals, evening gatherings, and time to decompress away from daily demands
The schedule is intentionally spacious - leaving room for rest, depth, and genuine connection.
Getting There
If you’re outside the Pacific Northwest, your access will be via the Portland International Airport (PDX); planning to arrive on Wednesday, March 11. From there, it’s an approximately 1.5-hour drive to Inn the Ground.
You’re welcome to:
Rent a car, or
Coordinate carpools with other participants - we’ll help facilitate this once the group is set.
Plan to arrive late afternoon on Wednesday; we’ll wrap by 11:00am. on Saturday, March 14 so you can travel home that afternoon.

Sunset dinner and laughter-filled evening salon: Stories from the Field.
