The Gathering — March 11–14, 2026

Location

Inn the Ground (outside Portland, Oregon), a luxurious bed and breakfast with a regenerative farm on the property. Located in the heart of Oregon wine country.


Price

$3,000 (all-inclusive except for travel). A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot with the balance due by 2/1/26. Pay up front and receive a discount to $2,750.

What to Expect

Across our three days together, you can expect a blend of:

  • Meaningful workshops and conversations about leadership, values, and the future of our industry

  • Restorative space for reflection, movement, journaling, or simply being

  • Connection and community with other women in finance who are leading courageously

  • Shared meals, evening gatherings, and time to decompress away from daily demands

The schedule is intentionally spacious - leaving room for rest, depth, and genuine connection.

Getting There

If you’re outside the Pacific Northwest, your access will be via the Portland International Airport (PDX); planning to arrive on Wednesday, March 11. From there, it’s an approximately 1.5-hour drive to Inn the Ground.

You’re welcome to:

  • Rent a car, or

  • Coordinate carpools with other participants - we’ll help facilitate this once the group is set.

Plan to arrive late afternoon on Wednesday; we’ll wrap by 11:00am. on Saturday, March 14 so you can travel home that afternoon.

  • Three nights of private lodging at Inn the Ground

  • All meals, beverages, snacks, and refreshments (alcohol is available for purchase)

  • All workshops, materials, and facilitated sessions

  • Access to the full property (hiking, quiet spaces, common areas)

  • Airfare and travel to/from Inn the Ground

Itinerary

Exact timing and programming may shift slightly.

    • Arrive late afternoon, settle into your room, and let your shoulders drop.

    • Welcome circle and introductions.

    • Evening dinner with open conversation and reflection: “What brought me here, and what do I need to let go of?”

    • Morning movement or meditation, followed by a slow breakfast.

    • Facilitated workshop: Reimagining Leadership - Building Firms that Reflect Our Values.

    • Midday rest + reflection time:  journal, hike, nap, or connect one-on-one.

    • Afternoon collaborative session: What’s Working (and What’s Not) in Our Industry.

    • Sunset dinner and laughter-filled evening salon: Stories from the Field.

    • Morning journaling or movement, followed by breakfast.

    • Workshop: Designing the Future - Reimagining How We Lead, Hire, and Serve.

    • Open studio or “vision lab” time - create, brainstorm, & build something new with peers.

    • Afternoon mastermind circles: peer coaching, problem-solving, and shared accountability.

    • Evening celebration dinner and campfire: “What I’m daring to try next.”

    • Morning stretch and coffee on the patio.

    • Workshop: Catalyzing Change - Translating Vision into Action.

    • Closing circle: intentions, accountability partners, and collective gratitude.

    • Depart by 11:00 am. feeling lighter, seen, and inspired.
