Across our three days together, you can expect a blend of:

  • Meaningful workshops and conversations about leadership, values, and the future of our industry

  • Restorative space for reflection, movement, journaling, or simply being

  • Connection and community with other women in finance who are leading courageously

  • Shared meals, evening gatherings, and time to decompress away from daily demands

The schedule is intentionally spacious - leaving room for rest, depth, and genuine connection.

Getting There

If you’re outside Southern California, your access will be via the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)- a short 5-10 minute ride from the airport. You may also want to fly to ONT, SNA, LGB, etc but those are all 1-2 hours away by car.

Plan to arrive on Wednesday, November 11.

You’re welcome to rent a car or take Uber/Lyft.

Plan to arrive late afternoon on Wednesday; we’ll wrap by 11:00am. on Saturday, November 14 so you can travel home that afternoon.

    • Evening dinner with open conversation and reflection.

    • Morning session: The Next Chapter Map

    • Midday rest + reflection time:  journal, hike, nap, or connect one-on-one.

    • Afternoon session: Sharpening The Question

    • Wisdom in the Room- peer-led session

    • Morning Session: Optional desert hike or solo journaling time.

    • Mid-day- lunch

    • Afternoon Vision Lab + Mastermind Circles: The Work That Calls Your Forward

    • Wisdom in the Room- peer-led session

    • Closing dinner

    • Closing circle: intentions, accountability partners, and collective gratitude.

    • Depart by 11:00 am. feeling lighter, seen, and inspired.
